- Beckham-mania hasn't consumed the American television critics. I feel them. It wasn't all that exciting.

- In meaningless political news for the slow summer cycle, Mitt Romney paid 300 bucks for make-up consulting. This blogger still is wondering why he should really even care even though he's posting about it.
- If Amy Polumbo's pointless public trial by chastisement wasn't enough for all of those party animals on Facebook to tone down their act, The Guardian reports that Oxford is cracking down on students through self-incriminating photos on Facebook. Facebook is only bad news, kids. Add me!

- Why I don't watch Grey's Anatomy, aside from the fact that they never seem to keep anyone alive even though they are doctors.
- Another woman stands to the side of her husband as he admits his sexual addiction (gay or straight) to the mass media to the interest of none.
- Vilsack sponsors Clinton. Clinton pays Vilsack's debts. I just like saying Vilsack. VILSACK!
- No one particularly cares for the Republican candidates. Must be the cross-dressing, aimlessness, tough talk, and gay sweaters.
- Sting is forced to pay $51,000 to a former chef who was unfairly terminated. Blogger considering using force to make Sting pay $51,000 for damages done to psyche by Fields of Gold.
